CHOICE CATEGORIES A "Choice" category gives a person the opportunity to make choices in their life by choosing from a collection of activities or places. These are activities that a person might desire to do at any given time. A person may have up to 8 choices to make one Main Category on the touchscreen. (Any of the following choices may also be used singularly as a Main Category. i.e. going to see the pets at the pet store every week or going to the library or the recreation center weekly) « Community choices (shown at left) are primarily different places in the community to access. The Individual, at this time, may not be visiting a number of these places but this could be a great opportunity to expand the environment around the person. Sometimes a person may want to buy something and other times, just go "window" shopping or "look around".« Link to any of the Community categories of interest (shown at left) and review the prompt CHECKLIST. The Individual may choose any or all of the prompts. Prompts should be chosen to meet the unique needs of the Individual - not too many, not too few.
